      Nothing you can really do about government contracted companies, but this company doesn't have a clue about anything. Did all the work to update my addresses to make sure my coverage and reimbursement go to the right place. Didn't bother doing it. Have to find them two months later, they did it after I reached out to them. Trash company that doesn't do anything but collect people's money. Good thing they are only in charge of cobra/health care for the whole country.

      I reviewed Ms. **'s account. Our records show that Ms ** updated her address via our web portal, and the address change was sent to her insurance carriers. Our team verified the address with her insurance carrier on 12/28/2023. This is the first we have heard of this issue, and unfortunately, we can only send the information we receive to the insurance companies; they have to update their systems as well. As far as CAS we updated the day, she submitted the updated address.
