  Horrible, this place will not pick up all your trash. I wanna post the video that I have the girl lied I got proof about my trash cans not being both by road very rude people broken are trash can before

  Very unprofessional people and very rude! Any trash company who dumps your trash in your driveway whenever you cancel service and they come pick up the cans is sorry! This company came to pick up our cans after we canceled the service and they just dumped the trash that was in the cans out in our driveway and left it! Very sorry and rude unprofessional people!

  Good morning, as it was explained over the phone, there was an overdue balance on your account when you called to cancel. We explained that the balance would need to be paid in order for us to haul the trash in the cans, but you refused to do so. The cans are our company property, however, the trash is not our responsibility until we are paid to haul it. So, whether you called pretending to be the "soon to be ex wife", the "property owner", or the "neighbor next door", we still told you that the cans would need to be empty and accessible. You had the opportunity to remove the garbage yourself, and did not do it. So we were nice enough to do it for you in order to retrieve our cans. I am sorry you feel that hauling trash for free is something that our company should do, however, most reasonable people understand that would not be a sound business practice.
