Premier Roofing did an awesome job. They had to replace more decking and another board due to past water damage, Keith called and explained the additional cost. I am just glad to know that everything was done correctly. Great communication and was available 24 hours a day to answer any questions I had. The workmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding, When they were complete with the roof the clean up of the surrounding area great. The next day the Keith did reach out to me to make sure everything was up to done as they said it would be and asked if there was anything they could do better. I know that if I have any issues that Keith will stand behind his work. I would highly recommend this company to anybody needing a roof installed.

BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! I hired this roofing company to replace the roof on my house and two other exterior structures on 11/07/22. I also asked them to reconstruct my chimney due to siding that was blown off of it during a recent storm. Work started on 11/21/22. Everything was completed except for the chimney cap on 11/23/22. I received a call from the owner on 12/06/22. The owner told me he couldn't put one of their normal sized metal chimney caps on my chimney due to my flue being too long. The owner said he would have to construct a cap with a higher pitch for the rooftop and it wouldn't look good. The owner recommended to me that he could remake exactly what we already had for a chimney cap. The owner was going to charge me the exact same amount to remake what I already had which obviously would cost less than a metal chimney cap. I advised the owner I had already paid for a metal chimney cap and that's what I wanted. The owner told me he would just refund the cost of the chimney cap. I told the owner that I didn't want a refund and I wanted the chimney cap. I told the owner that all this could have been prevented if he would have come to our house and took a look at our chimney prior to having us pay "UPFRONT" and sign a "CONTRACT". This way he would have known from the beginning that he couldn't install a chimney cap on our chimney. The owner refunded $1,165.70 to me for the chimney cap. You would think that a professional roofing company that has been in the business for years would have the common sense to place a tarp over my chimney to protect the $3,675.00 of new construction considering all the rain we got after they finished on 11/23/22. The new roofing company I hired to fix this mess immediately placed a tarp over my chimney after finding water damage to the plywood behind the new siding and I didn't pay them a dime for doing this. Take my word when I say to steer clear of this business.

We are very sorry for your negative experience with our company. Although we aim for perfection on every job, sometimes the circumstances do not allow for us to install our products to our standards. In those instances we would rather issue a refund and offer you the chance to pursue other options rather than to provide an unsatisfactory product in hopes you wont say anything. We are extremely proud of our products and services and we would be remiss to offer anything less than our best. All we can do is be completely transparent with our customers so that we can all make informed decisions. Unfortunately, we thought it best for you to seek other options given the fact that we felt the necessary alterations would hinder the outcome of our end product and your satisfaction. We are so glad to hear you found another company to provide that specific service to you. Please let us know if we can ever assist you in any in the future.

Had roof installed by this company about 8 years ago. Promised professional installation, with workmanship guarantee, and professional clean up. Will credit if roofing team leaves a mess. Well, right after install which appeared to go well, found around 50 nails laying in my yard. Call Keith who came out and received all the nails I found, and asked what credit I get for such a poor job cleaning up, 50 nails is a lot of nails to miss. Was told oh I will ding their pay, well how does that compensate the home owner? Sounds like the owner Keith finds great pay savings and pockets the mess up. Kind of poor clean up guarantee when only person it benefits is the business owner and the homeowner has to suffer the risk of a unfounded nail in the foot if not found. Never received a apology. But I just moved on. Well then found 7 full unused pack of shingles I was charged for, was advised he was keeping them, I agreed on the price which included them, so he wasn't crediting me and was taking them.
Fine I guess he is correct, I agreed to the price and he is well within his right to not offer a partial refund on bought and unused material.
Well had lighting strike my house, had to have shingles replaced @$500. Well wasn't going to get a second bid since he is warranting this roof and feeling if someone else worked on it, he might void his roof warranty. So I ate it.
Well come to today where my roof is leaking. Had Keith and his employee Royce come out to look at figuring they could find leak and area possibly workmanship in the install, warranty should cover such things.
Well comes out tells me it's a flashing issue. I ask well isn't that a installation issue and therefor covered under your workmanship warranty? Nope, not our problem, we didn't replace the flashing when we did your roof. I advised them they had to have messed with the flashing since they replaced the plywood on the original install in the same spot. Was again advised not their fault and I will be stuck with bill!

We are saddened to hear about your experience with the 2013 installation of your roof. We hope you accept our heartfelt apology for this experience. We strive for excellence and even perfection, but we also understand that is not always achievable. Indeed, we are human and make mistakes sometimes. We may miss some nails from time to time during pickup as we typically remove many thousands. We also believe that we are quick in action when fixing a mistake. As you mentioned, we came back quickly to get the nails from your yard.
Let me also say that we never ding our workers' pay, nor do we offer customer discounts for easily correctable mistakes. Similarly, we do not buy back unused materials. We do not ask for additional funds if we run short on materials either. We would rather have some left-over material than need to return to the supplier for more.
Lastly, we would like to address your recent request for an estimate as well as your concerns regarding original work done in 2013. The current scope of the repair does not fall under your shingle warranty. Nor does it fall under our workmanship warranty as we did not install, repair or replace any siding or flashing. Circumstances may be different if the scope of the original job was different. We sincerely care about you as our customer and are willing to help resolve your current issue.
Please contact us at your earliest convenience so that we can further address your concerns.
