      Bad experience with Staley Glass Company we paid over $2,100.00 for frameless shower doors. Young man comes to the house gets measurements of shower , some days later 2 boys come to install, a couple days later we notice the over gap narrows from top to bottom. We reached out to Staley about the issue their reply our shower walls aren't square so the doors won't look like the doors we picked off show room model. I would like a refund they can have the doors back. They should have informed us them particular doors have to be on a perfectly square wall to achieve the look we saw on their display. Consumers shouldn't have to go through this. I have to select a star rating Staley Glass Company does not deserve a star

      In response to a recent review, I would like to include a quote from the text received from Mr. Hayes on June 7th "Thank you for taking care of that so quickly. It is better now, we love it, great product and great work, thanks again."
      The customer's home, like many, has wall that are out of plumb. For any shower door enclosures this can be handled by a custom fit. The custom fit is achieved by ordering the glass panels out of square to handle the wall imperfections. His were installed and his doors operate and function properly. His comments are that the glass line up is not perfectly linear. All information was given to the customer.
