      Doesn't respond to my emails anymore. Cards received on 5/7/24. 30-45 business days submission order. Emailed them on 7/25 to ask for an update and no response. Then messaged them on Instagram a few days later and still no response. Emailed them again on 8/19/24, phone call on 8/27/2024 and still no response. I looked up their company online to see if there's any news on their company and finally stumbled upon the Pure Graded X review about customers not getting their cards back and ignored messages. Not sure if I am still getting my cards back, if anyone can help me to get my cards back please reply to this message. I think his real name is Clayton ***** aka Carsyn ****

      First takes your money. Then takes your cards. Then ignores you for a year until you threaten or take legal action. And when you get your cards back (if you do) you are missing some. I wouldn't even call this a company. I'd call it a guy who is a crook and scams people.

      Something my money then the next thing you know they never responded I looked up at their website I was going to send the cards in and their website is taken down there's no way of getting a hold of him they just took my money

      They took my two 1/1 Pat Neshek cards, they took my money and never returned anything. Numerous texts, email and a letter and nothing has happened.

      Worst Grading company to work with. Very unprofessional, their ethics are not on par with reality, stick with big name grading companies or a company who is honest and transparent, this company is not that. They have yet to return my property, you hope to send in cards to a grading company with the expectation of getting your cards back graded. Not only did they not give me cards graded but they KEPT my cards. They will not return emails or contact me regarding this matter. This supposed company is not a company just some random guys working out of a make believe office and stealing cards.
