    I have had termite contract with this company for 22 years. Recently discovered termite damage and live termites under my home when I was having contractor do some foundation leveling. I called New Wave and they told me it wouldn’t be covered by my termite contract. I finished the repair and paid for all the damages. I called usda and some further damage was patched at by new wave per their inspection. New Wave used 6 inch beams and my house is built on 8 inch. This work was done by the company owner who is not a licensed contractor. Contractor estimates at least $3500 to repair the damage and replace beams properly. New Wave cancelled my termite contract shortly after they did their attempt at repair. USDA inspection found my house had not been treated for termites properly from the very beginning of contract. The termite damage that new wave did repair successfully was under and around exterior doorway. The damage was under the tile and halfway up the wall involving Sheetrock and door trim. Proper yearly termite inspections that I had paid for for these 22 years would have prevented the damages from occurring to begin with. I can only wonder how much hidden damage I still have!
