      This company has horrible customer service. I had a billing issue where they took money from me twice to pay the same bill. I called them on September 12, 2022 to resolve and it is September 20th, and it still has not been resolved. They failed to post payments timely, resulting in my getting a past due statement that I should not have gotten. This has taken several hours of my time trying to resolve. As a CPA and a former CFO, I'm aware of timing and other issues, but as an outsider looking in, I believe they have internal control problems and a total disregard for customer service.

      I am sorry you had a bad experience. Unfortunately, what you are unhappy with is beyond our control. We have a variety of arrangements with our clients. In some cases, the client's ask that any funds collected be sent directly to them and they report the payments to us for posting. This is one of those arrangements. The delay in posting your payments was not because of our company not posting in a timely manner. We are working with client to improve the process so payments can be posted more efficiently
