      On 04/20/2023 I went to R & D tire to have an alignment done. When they were finished I paid and went on my way to work. On my way to work 30-40 minutes after leaving the business my tie rod broke at an intersection. Leaving me stranded for an hour in a busy intersection. I asked the shop if my tie rod breaking was caused by the alignment and the shop did not have answer to that, I than asked them to fix my vehicle and that had literally just left their parking lot not even an hour later. They fixed it but then wanted to charge me for $140 and my father in law talked to them when he had taken them the part they needed to fix my car. The owner openly admitted to my father in law that the guy did not check the tie rod as part of my alignment. Then they called and wanted to pay $40 and my office manager did not think it was appropriate for them to charge me after their mistake of not checking the tie rod before my alignment was done. I feel like my car is still not 100% safe since this incident.
