    We purchased a new home from this builder that had a Conventional One Year Warranty. The house has many incomplete and poorly constructed items. We gave him a list of all the items needing fixed and he lead us on to say he will take care of them. That was the only time we heard from him. He now does not respond to our attempts to get in touch with him. One example is the metal roof leaks so we got a roofing contractor to take a look at the leaking problem. He said the roof valleys were improperly installed and to repair them it would cost us $8700!
