      i am a disabled person and veteran with an elderly widowed mother in another state. Acxiom is endangering my life her life my privacy and selling my information, including my telephone number AND MY LOCATION DATA listed above online for profit. in addition ACXIOM is lying and falsely claiming on their website that i have derogatory information or pictures online,. which I do not, thus endangering my privacy and ruining my reputation and character. ACXIOM lied and said they have removed my telephone number listed above from their website, over 4 months ago, but checking yesterday the number still says my name and "derogatory information on their website. ACXIOM are evil liars that jeopardize my health and safety and identity and refuse to follow the law. ACXIOM is committing felonies and has been reported to the BBB, the Florida attorney general, the AR attorney general the FTC and the CFPB! REMOVE MY **** information and stop your felony buying my phone location data and selling my information online. You WILL be hearing from the FL attorney generals office!

      Acxiom has received the
      January 28, 2025, complaint filed by ***** ********** regarding his request to
      opt out of Acxiom’s marketing data products. 
      We thank you for the opportunity to respond.

      At the outset, please
      be advised that Acxiom previously honored *** ************ request to opt out
      of our marketing data products on June 17, 2024, and again on January 29, 2025.  It is important to note that Acxiom treats
      opt outs as permanent. Therefore, it was unnecessary for *** ********** to
      make repeated requests.       

      Further, *** **********
      alleges that Acxiom is selling his and his mother’s information online for
      profit as well as placing his name on our website with "derogatory
      information.”  *** ********** did not
      provide any documentation to support his claim. 

      We would like to
      unequivocally state that Acxiom does not maintain any websites that display any
      personal information or make personal information available for purchase by the
      public.  Additionally, our website does
      not display any “derogatory information.” 

      *** **********
      requested that Acxiom also opt his mother out of our marketing data
      products.  Unfortunately, he did not
      provide any information for us to honor that request.  However, if he or she wishes to exercise her
      rights concerning her personal information, she may visit our website here. 

      We trust this response adequately responds to
      the complaint.  We respectfully believe
      the complaint is without merit and should be closed reflecting it was resolved
      with no violation.  Of course, if you

      I am rejecting this response because:

      axciom never should have had my name my address and telephone number in the first place! you stole it illegally! my name number and addresses in md and florida are not public and i don't give anyone my cell phone number. you stole it. in addition you are violating my privacy placing my life and family in danger, placing ne at constant risk of ID theft and exacerbating my health problems as a disabled veteran. remove all my information and stop acting like a snob i called you out. you are reported to the BBB, the FTC, CFPB, and florida and arkansas attorney general. i shouldn't have to ask your ****** **** data THEFT company not to posess sell or distribute my name address and phone number and all my data for your evil profit. remove my data and keep it the ***** off your servers or be sued.especially my ************ phone number!
