      HE DELETED MY GOOGLE REVIEW!!
I called and Scott told me around or maybe in 45 min and someone would be at the shop… Two guys pulled in 15 min later and said they had to go do a quick job and come right back.. 45 min later (that would be 15 till 5 which is closing) and no locksmith. I’m hot and my car has been running now forever in the parking lot… I was willing to drive and meet him anywhere since they run all day… but that was not an option. At this point I need to get dinner started and get home.. I called **** at **** * **** who waited at his shop for me.. cut my keys (2 for a Toyota) He didn’t charge me for the Toyota keys and told me that if the Toyota keys didn’t work he’d come to my house tomorrow… Go see **** at **** * **** if you need auto keys ASAP.. my door lock I’m taking to Ace tomorrow..

Again, as I said when I texted you and sent you the audio from our phone conversation, I am sorry you may have misheard me. You called me at 3:26pm Monday asking for us to cut the keys you bought off the internet. I told you we were booked up with service call appointments for the rest of the day, that we would have to wait until the next morning to help you. I explained to you that our shop hours were M-F for 1 hour, 8am to 9am. Then we run service calls. Since we are a service company most our business is away from our office. I did tell you twice you could call me in 45 min and see if one of us would get back in time to help you. I also said hopefully one of us could be there in time to help you. My outside cameras show that 12 minutes after our phone conversation you pull up to our shop, get out and pull on the door, then you left. You came back just before 4, my employees showed up to get a key for a job that was scheduled at 1:30, almost 2 hours before you called. When you followed them into our shop, you asked them to help you. They explained that they already had an appointment. Then my employee told you that even if it was after closing, he would still help you if you were there when they got back. You then called me at 4:15. I apologized that the job I went on was taking longer than expected, and that I was not sure when I could get back. You sounded understanding. That is when you told me you were at my shop and that my employees came by. You said they told you it would not take long, and you would wait on them. They left for the job around 4:10pm. You left our office at 4:45, 35 minutes after my employee told you it would not take long. So, you gave them 35 minutes, then you gave up on them. Our cameras show they got back at 4:50pm. I’m sorry you waited in a hot car. I still do not understand why you were even at our shop since i had already told you we were booked up for the day. if you would have waited when you called back in 45 minutes to find out if we were going to be able to squeeze you in, you would not have been waiting in your hot car. Were we suppose to move you ahead of someone that called 2 hours earlier? Our shop door says by appointment only. You went up to the door twice. As for me deleting the review on google. We as business owners have very little control on google. We can’t even remove the 1 star reviews from our competitors and their family. Yes, there is a locksmith in town that does that. So you need to take it up with google, they removed it. I don’t think they allow promoting or trashing other competing businesses in reviews. I truly am sorry you misheard me. I hope after you listen to the audio of my side of our call, you will see we did try our best to help you.
