    I could not agree with Pat B more!
    I ordered patio furniture in May 2024. I was told it would arrive in two weeks. Subsequent calls lengthened that time frame.
    I finally gave up and requested a refund five weeks ago (mid-July 2024). I’ve been assured three times that the refund had “just been posted”. It has still not show up in my credit card account b
    I cannot stress enough just how dishonest Tim ******* is in his business dealings. Stay very far away from Arkansas Outdoor Concepts.

    Ordered and paid for replacement louvres in August, 2023. Have not received louvres nor a refund check as of May 2024. Tim cannot be trusted and will not communicate. Watch out.

    Would not recommend doing business with this company
    Ordered several pieces of furniture back in April. We were told it would take 8-10 weeks to arrive. July , Aug and finally in September 2022.
    Got a call two weeks ago your furniture will be delivered Friday… no delivery on Friday… called Monday and Tuesday left messages … finally Liz answered, and she said Friday, Saturday or Monday…, no delivery …finally Friday the 23 of September a delivery was made after 5 long months…!!! Costumer service lacking …!!!

    In May my wife & I placed an order for a swing. We paid in full the day we ordered the swing and was told it would be 6-8 weeks before the swing would come in. At the 10 week mark my wife called and was told that it was a special order and it would be coming in in a few more weeks. They told us that they would look into it and they would update us when it would be coming in. A couple days went by with no update so my wife called again. They said again that they would call and find out when it would be shipping and call us back. Still yet no phone call after several days. At the 13 week mark I called and was told now that they have no way to track shipment. I asked for a refund and they said "Special Orders can not be refunded." So now they have my $635.00 and I have no time line to get my swing and the best that they can say is "It will be in when it arrives, it SHOULD be on the next truck." My wife decided since she was in the area that she would go talk to them about the whole situation. When she went up there they where very rude and discourteous. After talking with them for a while some one did offer to let us "Borrow" a swing until ours came in. Which would have been good weeks before but that was never an option until week 13. Now at week 16 waiting on the swing still no update or call. So beware of this shady establishment because they have no care if you receive your product after you pay and they will not return your call. Nor do they have a way to track your shipment.
