Jeff at Inspired Portable Oxygen was wonderful assisting me with the purchase of my OxyGo concentrator. He is knowledgeable, professional and very caring about his customers. He answered all my questions.
My order was perfect, just as described. The OxyGo works perfectly and I am enjoying my new freedom of travel.

Jeff ******** is a great person to work with. I ordered the OxyGO Next System with Double Life Battery, and He even threw in an extra battery. He did not rush me with my order. He helped me figure out what I needed for how I live my life. the portable oxygen Generator that my doctor ordered was ok, but it only went up to four liters, and the battery did not last long on a higher setting, and it is noisier than the OxyGO. Now I can go to church and not feel funny about it, making noise, and with the larger battery, I know the air will last through church and even lunch afterward before it needs to be recharged. When I first turned it on, I could tell the difference in how the air started up, pumping air a lot faster, giving me more air than the one the doctor gave me. The great thing is that the customer service is excellent. Jeff helped me with the faxing to the doctor to get it okayed. and the shipping only took two days. I was blessed with the sale because I got a discount due to the holiday. It would be wise to ask if they have any discounts going on. But as good as they are, they will find you a discount. I was looking for portable oxygen for my mother and stumbled across an ad for Inspired Portable Oxygen. And what a God send it was! I worked with Jeff and he was amazing! He is very knowledgeable about the products and was able to help me get exactly what my mother needed. The process for me to get the unit took about 2 months, but Jeff was extremely patient with me while I did checking on my end and getting doctor approvals. I cannot say enough good things about Jeff and this experience. I highly recommend working with Jeff and would definitely buy from him again!Inspired Portable Oxygen

Jeff is a blessing. I wasn't aware, after my purchase, that my needs were so different. I'm a neck breather. He went above and beyond to make sure my purchase was exactly as needed. HE took the initiative to contact my Dr to find out exactly what my needs were. With today's challenges, he nailed it. I WILL DEFINITELY recommend Jeff and his company for all your needs with oxygen. He's giving me independence again. He could have just concentrated on a sale. Nope, he wanted everything to be right,instead of just a sale.Jeff, you rock !! Jeff from Inspired/oxygen was so knowledgeable and professional he explained every detail of the equipment I was purchasing and answered promptly each time I called him then he took care of all the paperwork in clouding the prescription from my doctor I would highly recommend Jeff and his company. I had been looking for a smaller oxygen tank because the one that I had weight about 15 lbs. I came across Jeff the owner he helped me explained a lot to me and was very patient with me. When I got my machine I was very happy. Thank You Jeff for all your help. I would advise anyone to get Inogen it saved my life.Inspired Portable Oxygen

We had been looking at portable supplemental oxygen for my husband for quite some time. He had the small green canisters but wanted something lighter and more aesthetically pleasing. I came upon Inspired Oxygen and made an inquiry. Todd, the owner, called us that night and introduced himself, the company and the product. It seems like all we had to do was sign for the UPS delivery and take the product out of the box. About 2 weeks ago, Jeff and I started talking about his company and his portable oxygen units. Shopping online can be so scary and intimidating, but Jeff listened to my needs and my fears. Jeff, explained the choices so clearly, I've had my Freedom for a week now! I feel so liberated. Oxygen tanks are so heavy and bulky. Now I just have to switch from my home unit to my Freedom, and off I go. I'm so very thankful to Jeff. He's also the owner and very knowledgeable on health credit so I could finance my Freedom.
