    Went in on Thursday October 19 2023 to have my oil changed. Pulled in the bay and the workers begin changing my oil. I over heard one of them say something about more parts coming off than what should...the workers were all talking about what happened and how it could be fixed.....when my oil plug was taken out my oil pan was cracked. They called a couple places and was told it was a dealer only item. I had to call for a wrecker to have my vechile towec to the nearest dealership which is about 60 miles away and I had to pay for that and the repairs to my vehicle.. I asked them if they were going to take responsibility because they were the ones working on it and their response was no.

    She contacted me concerning her complaint, saying my Quick Lube guys broke her oil pan. That car is 2 years old and had never been in our shop. She was saying the guys were disrespectful. I wasn't there. I don't know how she or the guys handled themselves. 

    I called a auto dealer in Texarkana and asked if breaking the oil pan with this particular vehicle was an issue. I was told yes, it happens. It's plastic. I asked then of there was any recalls and was told no, not at this time.

    I called Ms. **** and asked what I could do to fix the situation. I wrote her a check to cover what she was out on the repair. 

    I thought the situation was taken care of. When I saw your email I called her to ask if we had not resolved this and she said she didn't file a complaint. 

    She seemed to be fine when she left with the check and apologies for her inconvenience.
