  I bought 2015 Ford fusion at car city. In searcy ar. 9 recalls on this car include: wheel bearings,front back brakes,abs breaking system, 4 door latches, airbag light on. Check engine light on, wheel well bolt fell off in driveway,radio doesn't work,.

  Responding to the Complaint of ******* ***. 

  ******* *** and ******* ******* purchased a 2015 Ford Fusion from Car City in Searcy on 11/4/23. During the closing paperwork ******* and ******* signed a Pre Owned Vehicle Limited Warranty Agreement which is good for 12 months or 12,000 miles whichever comes first. Therefore being it is 3/27/25 the limited warranty is no longer valid because it has been 16 months roughly since date of purchase. Furthermore the complaints of *** *** are not covered under the Limited Warranty agreement. Car City did inspect the safety concerns on 3/10/25 and here is what we determined. ** *** stated the back doors won't open from the inside but upon inspection they work properly from the inside. She also stated the windows will not roll up or down but they do. She also said something is wrong with the intake and it worked as it should. Radio doesn't work and it did have a check engine light on but we did not look into this further because ** *** is out of warranty.

  I am rejecting this response because:  First of all who puts a car on the lot with 7 recalls? Abs brake failure. Front back brake lights. 4 door latch failures which I experienced and lost groceries on the highway in cave city ar. Wheel bearings, wobbly tires at 55mph,airbag light??,check engine light on etc. Please refer to riser Ford recall worksheet. I was driving when abs brakes failed and door latches failed. My car was in the shop so I couldn't care for my friend in Cherokee village and he passed not to mention the run around I got from employees,and then told I didn't have to make payments while it in the shop then I was told I'd be refinanced but had to be current.gor 3 months I made 1 and 1/2 car payments to get caught up then after that my payment was lowered only by $50. Geez!!! Now airbag light is on radio doesn't work...then this piece of metal falls out. Photo given...then car city says it came off a semi or GMC car. The thing fell off in my driveway. Then they said I must've run over it. And on March 10 my guess was at car city and never spoke to me or ask how he could help. That is customer service (Arkansas style) plus this poor couple had an issue that day down there on March 10. Way to go car city. You're the best (not)

  Also when the abs brake system went haywire I was with my grandson. We had no brakes and ran up an incline and came back down. My car was towed from my residence to car city s shop in searcy ar. It was there quite a while but they didn't give me a receipt and I paid for that outta pocket. They fixed wheel bearings and told me the tires were rubbing up against them and even after repair said they still weren't sure if it was safe to drive meaning I can lose control because the tires wobble at 55mph. 

  Yet my payment is 500 per month plus liability plus 'gap insurance" that's required by car city

  I lost my services for a sick friend . I was his caregiver because this car was so bad. He passed away.

  His groceries ended up on the highway when the passenger door swung open in cave city. I stopped to buy a bungee cord at dollar general .no one stopped to help me
