    Please listen to me. Do not buy from them. I bought a 2022 GMC AT4 1/22/25. In April I had to replace the a/c compressor, $3000. May 13th I took it to them for transmission shuttering to use the MBPI warranty they sold me. They diagnosed it as such. MBPI needed them to drop the trans and take a picture of the pan and then they were ready to ship a new trans. D3 would not pull the trans, instead Mallory called me on 5/22/25 and said, “I have GREAT news! Just for giggles I asked GM tech to drive your truck and he said all it needs is 8 spark plugs and wires. It’s just missing not a trans issue.” Remember they had already had it inspected and confirmed it was a trans issue. I said, “That cannot be possible.” I was talking to MBPI daily because I didn’t trust D3. Terrible communication. During this process I called Joe, store manager, he wouldn’t answer my call. I then called Mr. Saul, owner. He wouldn’t answer or return my call. Imagine that. They kept the truck 10 days. I picked it up May 23rd. They had the audacity to charge me $212 for a diagnostic fee. Wouldn’t give me the key until it was paid. Mallory lied to me over and over. These people are crooks. I’ll never understand how dishonest crooked business people sleep at night. MBPI manager was at a loss for words and also said,”WHAT?? No way that makes any sense.” He will be reevaluating doing business with D3. Thankfully, MBPI is reimbursing me for the “diagnostic fee” I never should have been charged. Mallory said Joe would split the cost for 8 plugs and wires of $509 ?? IF I would take my google review down. Nope. Not doing that sir. No one ever even contacted me about the review and they obviously don’t care about me or you. Mallory told me how “worn” the plugs are which is so funny because I was told when I bought it they were all brand new. LIES. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

    Was highly disappointed with the actions from the West Memphis location. They tried to sell me and over priced vehicle that has front suspension issues( aka Death Wobble for a jeep) and talked to me like I was a stupid woman and tried to say it was tires and they would replace them but add the cost into the over price amount they were asking. The vehicle was in 2 previous accidents has quite a bit of cosmetic issues and was just and over all bad experience. The vehicle being sold as is could get someone killed out on the highway when the broken suspension parts fail!

    very disappointed in the customer service and the overall condition of the vehicle that was sold to me. I’ve had my car towed to them twice for mechanical issues only for them to no be resolved and resulting in further damage to the vehicle. Now I am running the risk of begin without a car and I put a significant amount of money down for the vehicle to not even last a year, and now i’m stuck trying to get rid of the car or to find a new one before i don’t have a working vehicle at all.

    Purchased my 2017 Ford F150 lariat on November 11, 2023.
    Dealer will not recognize the leaking Tonneau cover that came with the truck as their concern nor responsibility. Did not change filters nor fluids nor detail as they presented. Wippers were worthless.
