Tracy and his team were great! Very knowledgeable and professional, I bought my home for $8000 and they did a full remodel, they did custom walls for me and really turned my house around. I am so happy with the job they did and love my new home!

Paid $1,950.00 for an incomplete job.
Job was to be completed on 4/7/23.
They never went back just started it to get $1500.00 down on 4/5/23, then asked for $300.00 more on 4/6/23 said they would send finished photos that evening no photos was sent instead they called 4/7/23 said they need $150.00 to complete & would send finished photos of the porch roof.
I never heard anything until 4/17/23
when my lawn service guy sent photos of the work that Tracy had done. It wasn't finished. I text several times but Tracy said it was the rain then his swollen foot then his coworker wife complicated pregnancy. This Tracy & his wife Amanda are not trying to come up with a solution they removed themselves from thumbtack & only did $500.00 worth of work. Kept saying they was going to go back to complete the job they was paid for but didn't. I am out of $1,950.00 for an incomplete job that's only should have cost $500.00 they refused to communicate with thumbtack solution or me. Don't hire this company now they are no longer active on thumbtack nor will they rectify or come up with a solution they just didn’t care to reply.
    • This pro is no longer active on Thumbtack. That's why you can't message them or view their profile.

We reached out to miss patricia Y**** through thumbtack where she stated she was on a fixed income but could pay something to get started, she also stated she had all the supplies needed for the job so we lowered our price on the job. She needed a porch rebuilt and a roof patched into her already existing roof over her new porch. Patricia was asked to pay half up front of the cost for the porch build to cover travel costs and labor (as previously stated, she claimed all the supplies needed for the job were inside the house) when we arrived at the home, there were supplies in the house but not nearly what was needed to complete the job, there was still quite a bit that needed to be bought for supplies so we used the half she paid up front to cover what we could of the supplies (still did not have enough to get everything that was needed for the job miss y**** wanted done) we completed the porch build but did not have enough funds for the roof materials, we contacted miss y**** and asked if she could possibly cover the supplies for the roof since she stated she already had everything needed and she stated she did not have the funds to pay anything else (after we agreed on a monthly payment system to pay off the work done) we did not have the funds to purchase materials out of pocket to finish the job as we are a small business and work was slow at the time, every time we asked for payment to finish the job she claimed her utilities were being shut off and she did not have money for the job to be completed so we did not go back out to finish the job. We have text messages for proof and photos of what we did do on the job, and we also left the leftover supplies we were unable to use inside of the residence. We cannot come out of pocket to complete this job and never get paid for anything we did, and the amount miss y**** sent in the beginning went to supplies and travel expenses to get to the job. We are located in Arkansas and miss y****s house is located in Memphis Tennessee, so we had to travel 2 and a half hours to get to the residence to do the work (we previously discussed with her where we were located and she stated that it was fine because we gave her such a low price)

I sent on the previous email to respond to Mr. Tracy B*****, reply see 41 texts & photos as my proof of evidence. I have more text messages some to Tracy B***** and some to his wife Amanda, and some to them both as a group text. The email text messages I sent you have three that you can disregard they were from my daughter in law about my son. You also may have duplicate messages please disregard any duplicate. The messages are not in date order. Again, the price he gave me was $3,000.00 and said to pay $1,500.00 down, I paid that on 4/5. I was to set up payment arrangements for the remaining balance of $1,500.00 after the Job was completed on 4/7/2023. Mr. Tracy, knew I said I only had purchased some wood and it was inside the house. See the photo of him putting that wood up on April 5, then on 4/6 he needed more material to complete the job. Mr. Tracy, said he would send the completed job photos to me by text message so he asked for $300.00 to finish the job. I didn’t get photos on 4/6 instead he called asking for $150.00 on 4/7 and said this was needed to finish the job and he would send finished job photos but He didn’t. I had no idea what he had done until 4/17 my yard guy Mario, sent me photos of the incomplete Job. I have consistently asked for updates since 4/7. Tracy said they would go finish on a Thursday but didn’t. I reach out to him again he said they would have to reschedule. He never reschedule or went back out. They knew the job was in Memphis in which they said they are in Memphis & Cordova area mostly because most of their customers are in those area. If Mr. Tracy had finished as he said he would on 4/6-7 & sent finished photos we wouldn’t be here today. I would be making the monthly payments of $125.00 or more when I could on that remaining $1,500.00 installment plan. I asked for Invoice on payments made & an installment agreement on the remaining $1,500.00 balance & they never sent it to me. This is the truth nothing but the truth so help me God. I’m so tired of being ripped off & taken advantage of. The last two photos is how it looked before Tracy B***** LLC started. The 1MB is all they have done and nothing else they did nothing to the top. I did not send Tracy on 4/6 an extra $300.00 plus on 4/7 another $150.00 to have material sitting in the house. I have no way to know if the material are inside & I still question why if the material are inside why would Mr.Tracy put them there when he said they were needed to complete the job on 4/7/23. Thank you, Patricia Y****
