      I bought a loveseat last year tried to work with them they did compensate a little after saying I bought low end and the padding in the arms are almost gone, the cushion seat covers a very thin they did come out and replace them the back frame has dropped I forgot to call and let them know my bad but when I spent $600 I expected it to last more than 6 months and that may be low end to them but some of us are not millionaires the warranty is up and the back frame being dropped it's a pain in my butt the seat covers are shredding again and from the beginning the arms were not correct and now it seems as if all the padding is gone cheap furniture for high prices I know I will not be buying anything from here again

      The comment left by the Customer is very puzzling..
      The Loveseat was $499.99 and the Customer was given a $50.00 discount due to a Memorial Day promotion, which made the final price before tax and delivery; $449.99.
      The Customer was delivered 5-21-22. On 5-25-22 we received a call concerning the thickness in the padding on the RSF Arm of the Loveseat. A Service Tech went out to assess the Customer's concern, and shared with the Customer, that was a Manufacturer design. The piece was on the lower end of the scale regarding quality, but only to provide price variety for the Consumer. All characteristics of the Loveseat was present and visible at the time of purchase.
      There was a discussion with the Customer concerning an exchange and arrangements were made to do so, however the Customer changed her mind and opted for a "credit" which the Store Manager agreed and issued a credit totaling $100.00 in lieu of the exchange.
