Dropped our truck off Tuesday of last week for a Free estimate on my truck for my insurance company and was told we would get an estimate by Thursday. I was fine with that everyone is short staffed. Called them Thursday morning and they still hadn’t gotten to it but ok. Then called Friday and the service department supervisor stated they emailed me my estimate Thursday and so we gave him another email address to send it to. He stated he didn’t know where my estimate was nor how to understand the estimate and I would need to wait until Saturday when his employee would be back in. Called them Saturday and they guy never came into work and the supervisor stated he didn’t have his employees number to call him to ask where the estimate was. Then I called back and spoke to Erick or Erin whatever his name is but he is apparently over the entire store. Who was able to immediately find my estimate and stated the guy didn’t have my number to contact me and misspelled my email wrong. Why wouldn’t he get my phone number all these times I called to check on the estimate? Anyways so he sends me my estimate and we we’re not satisfied with it they left things off etc. My father calls them and informs them we will be picking the truck up Monday and that he noticed a $150 non bullet diagnosis fee added to my estimate where they took it upon themselves to diagnose other problems with my truck without prior authorization and we would not be paying that. To which they never called him back. So today we call and speak with Nick who wrote the estimate and informed him that I had a tow truck coming to get the truck and he tells me it will not be released until we pay the $150. I explain we did not authorize them to diagnose anything other than the bullet damage. So I ask to speak to the supervisor of the store Eric and he gets on the phone and tells me estimates aren’t free and you don’t go to the DR for free so why would I think this was free? First of all the fee isn’t for my estimate i
