    DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! This lady is extremely push, rude and a liar. Seen another review on here..had same issue as us. Lady will say anything to get a sale. Was told as long as we had receipt and within 7 days, there would be no problem. Three of our group was there but only 2 of us was shopping. Our 3rd party was helping with opinion and waiting. The lady started harrassing her about not shopping, asking then what are you doing then? You need to shop.
    We purchased items, went back to hotel and tried them on and they did not fit or look right. So took them back the very next day. As soon as she seen us she said no refunds, all sales final (without us saying a word). She would not stop to talk with us or look at us. She pulled some paper out from under the counter that stated the same thing. "All sales final..no refunds" Which is NOT what she told us the day before at all. And this was not posted...it was under the counter. We took pictures of all of this.
    Lady was rude, snotty and then wanted to lecture us while she stomped around the store.
    I have never encounted anything like it.
    She is the worst kind of lady and business to be in Eureka Springs and is totally giving it a bad name and ruining the nice pleasant atmosphere they have there. Even her neighboring business's felt the same way and said she is like that all the time!
    My group (which loves going to Eureka Springs at least 3-4 times a year) has totally been ruined by this shop/lady and refuses to go back. How someone like this can remain in business with this kind of behavior towards everyone and carries on shady business with so many complains is shocking.
    For the visitors that come to have a good time and enjoy all the sights, sounds and charm of Eureka Springs and find their way into this store....its enough to ruin the whole experience and not want to come back.

    This customer is lying to her teeth because she could not get her way to return the item... If She speaks the truth then she will have NO complaint but to thank the business..I gave her the best service white they were in my shop for an hour and half. One of them kept changing her mind over and over.at least 7 times. She will bring her thing to the counter and then when I show something to the other lady, she will change her mind.. I guarantee no one in eureka will put up with that. I truly felt and believed she was onto something the way she was acting. Finally when she bought something. I told her now it is all final. They both tried their dresses at the shop and bought it. They all said thanks a lot for your service and left. Then they came back the next morning and acted like that. My sales receipt says v, clear "all sales are final". My sign, which was posted on the counter : It said clearly "exchange only with receipt, within seven days of purchase in the original condition of merchandise". One of the ladies who did not buy anything took a picture of that sign and said it is exchanged only girls. The lady told me they wanted to return because she changed her mind. They took a picture of my policy but she never posted that anywhere because she is an unethical person. My other customer who was watching all of this told me how obnoxiously rude those people were and trying to take advantage as a customer. These people found something cheaper and that is why she wanted to return it. No one will put it in eureka with this kind of behavior. I am a small business, not some kind of chain store. I have been in business for 20 years and 32 years in sales and being # 1 when I worked for others too. I provide great service and most people who come to my shop appreciate me and my business. I have not seen abuse like this ever. Bad part of this review online system is that happy people do not write and bad ones who do not get their way or do not kike you for any reason then they do this kind of propaganda. I truly believe from my heart people like her do this because of my ethnicity. They think they should get their way or do this. I do not welcome people like that in my shop. and refuse to entertain people of this mind set. who will lie and go to any extent to get their way to hurt you if they can. I wanted to put her sales receipt and picture of my return policy which these people got, so people can see but unfortunately BBB does not allow that.
