We have attempted to transfer our deed to our son. We continue to get a different time frame for phase one. When asked to speak to a supervisor, it takes 72 hours to even get a call back. So far they have not called back. The company has no clear and/or user friendly process. They can’t even confirm they received my request which has been sent multiple times.

On the date of 08/11/2023, I attended one of Windham Club presentation at one of the Windham resort hotel in Orlando, Florida. I was given an offer to sign up for a $49,000 vacation deal hotel stay and a vacation of one week in one of their resort. I declined this deal couple of times because it was expensive and I was financially unstable to afford it. The sales person was tactical forceful and pressured me to accept the second offer of about $24,000 with a down payment of $6,000 through their creditor Citizen Bank. I did not have the money but pressured to finance my down payment. During presentation there was no clear financing break down of the deal. Then I was taken into a another room to sign paper work with no mension of financing break down of the down payment and the remaining of the balance. I believed that the down payment will come out of the $24,000, unfortunately that was not the case, it was added on top of it. My concern here is why the representative did not disclose the truth in lending act disclosure statement which had more information in making my decission based on the APR of 17.99% and the gross purchase price of $58,600 which is higher than a previous offer of $49,000 which I declined in the first place?? why they hide this information? I believe I was misled to a lower offer thinking I was getting a good affordable deal, but I was not!! If this "Truth In Lending Act Disclosure Statement" would have been disclosed to me I would have not taken this offer.
      1. They lied about the cost which I found out to be more than what I can afford
      2. They lied about this deal is about to save money for my vacations instead I signed up for a real estate contract.
      3. They lied about this deal is about good experience during vacation but it turn to be a nightmare on my side.
For these reason I dont want to continue doing business with windham Club.
