    The other reviewers who noted Jim’s temperament and poor customer service are spot on. If you do a “one time” order, you will probably get lucky and get the “friendly”Jim… but if you deal with him multiple times, you’ll eventually run into the “rude” Jim… This guy should not be working with customers… just keep him in the back and hire someone with a better attitude to be the face of your business, otherwise your gonna run it into the ground.
    I went in to pick up my order, and noticed the price for my embroidery increased. I asked him if the prices have gone up, and he arrogantly stated they have always been $8.95. I told him before I paid a flat $8… he then said that is only if you have 6 or more embroideries at the same time. I remembered asking about quantity pricing before, and he was VERY clear stating that the price is $8 per piece … regardless of quantity. I could have easily brought in more to be done at the same time if he would have told me this. He rudely stated they “he would have never said that”… and he “does not want to argue”… as he kept arguing. (Keep I’m mind the only reason for doing just 2 items was so we could see how it would turn out on the material.. Jim was unsure about vinyl) I just paid him the cash, grabbed my order, along with the bag of shirts I was about to have him do, and walked out the door… never going back.
