    The cable is absolutely horrible, it’s out more than the in.So many interference and poorly operated. We should be able to choose the company we want, especially when you have had services for 4 years. We need to have choices in what we pay for. Shouldn’t have to deal with services that are half off or out of service all the time

    WORST INTERNET COMPANY EVER!!!!! internet is out hours on end at least twice a day week. I have a problem with being forced to be a customer with LCI, some random unheard of provider, if I want internet connection, but I have even bigger problems when said provider’s service is not only extremely slow and congested, no matter the package size, but out majority of the time. Whenever you complain….all they can say is “it’s not our fault” As someone working remotely, having reliable service is an essential to my daily life; I’ve had to commute to other places just to work serval times. And then there is never a credit issued…I’m expected to pay the full price every month!
