    So I went to the store located at the mall, and I brought my iPad for it to be repaired for a cracked screen replacement. My iPad was working, was able to turn on and charge it only had a cracked on the screen but it was usable and working. They assure me that they will replace the screen and guaranteed professional service. And that it will be repaired in two days from the date that I left in the iPad. I paid 439.00 dollars. So days went by and I did not hear from them. i called them and ask what was going on with my iPad they told me that the charge port was defective and my iPad was not working, not turning on or charging at all. When I told them that my iPad was working properly when I left it there, they started yelling and being disrespectful, I trusted them with my expensive item worth more than 1000 dollars, not only they did not fix the issue they handed me the iPad not even sealed with the new screen. They refused to repair what they cause, now I am short of the money I paid them and now have an unworkable iPad. They were unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. They need to be held accountable for what they did. They refused to let me speak to the owner. I don’t understand how a business could do that to a client. They messed up my iPad that was working properly they refused to repair it. And they handed me my iPad with the screen not sealed and not working(charge port damage) Like I said my iPad was working, it charged and turned on. What happened is that they cause the damage and blaming on me refusing to refund, or pay me for they did. I want my money back and the worth of the iPad that is no longer working because of their fault.
