      I have been fighting with my insurance company for the past 4 months about being reimbursed due to this office and their billing department failing to do their due diligence with getting prior authorizations, and failing to inform me that the place they were sending my daughter to was NOT in our network. I spoke to Karina several times before my daughters surgery making sure that we would be taken care of and not be stuck with an $1,000 bill. The whole time being reassured that they were doing everything on their part to make sure we would be just fine.
      However, that was a MAJOR lie and now not only am I stuck with $1,000 on a CC paying ungodly interest fees I am being billed STILL from this provider for more expenses when I have already paid $1,200 OUT OF POCKET for dental procedures, $1,000 in anesthesia fees, on top of them maxing out my daughters insurance of $1,500. Not to mention, they refused to do the work on my daughter UNLESS she was knocked out. GO FIGURE!!!
      I had high hopes for this pediatric dental office as I've had disheartening services in the past from other facilities and this place came so highly recommended to me from a family member and I had shared with them already the things we have been through with other dentists in the past, I really thought they had our best interests at heart but in reality all they care about is money and milking dental insurances for fees that don't even include the dental work. ($400 facility fee, $250 "Hospital call", ETC.)
      This place is a complete joke and all they care about is making their money.
      I will never bring my children back here and I will NEVER recommend them to any family members or friends. I will be seeking legal counsel.
