      They lost my husband's suit and did not replace it.

      Mrs. Baker dropped an Armani Suit Jacket and Peter Milar pants off on 6/13/2024 and picked them up on 6/14/2024. She then dropped off a Banana Republic Suit Jacket and the same Peter Milar pants on 6/24/2024. She picked them up on 7/10/2024. She came back towards the end of September and said the Banana Republic Jacket and Peter Milar pants were not hers and we lost an Armani Suit Jacket and a pair or Armani Suit Pants. This was 90 days after the drop off of those items, and 75 days after she picked them. Each garment has a permanent HSL, Heat Seal Label, put in it. The Peter Milar pants she said were not hers, had been brought in by her or her husband 4 previous times. We do not have any record of her ever bringing in a pair of Armani Pants. Each HSL inputted is linked to an item with a description of the garment including the brand, color, type of Garment, and anything else that is relevant. We searched garments dropped off on her visits to see if There was a matching Armani Jacket or Pants that could have been given to someone else. There were not any items matching the description dropped off on the days she had dropped off. I believe she either is confused or her husband accidentally grabbed the wrong Jacket at the last event they were at and did not realize it. She said he wore it towards the end of June at a wedding. It would have been hot, and during the reception a lot of people would have removed their jackets and hung them over a chair. We see people bring in someone elses jacket all the time, especially during the summer. If they are a customer of ours, we are able to search the HSL and get back to the correct customer. If they are not a customer, or it is a Jacket without a HSL, such as a new item, then we would have no idea it was not the customers item. We would just assume it was a new item for them.
