      This company was very unprofessional! The day of my move they did not show. They also did not answer their phone, text or email. My husband and I had to literally call them back to back and when they answered they said they had a different day and that they needed us to send the contract to verify the day. We resent the contract via email there was no response. When I sent several emails they finally responded and said they can come the next day or send a full refund. There was no apology, there was no acknowledgment of their mistake. When I informed them that I wanted a full refund they then stop replying. When they did finally respond they said they were out of town until after the weekend. When I respond to them Monday morning they did not answer, ignoring my calls, text and email once again. Again, my husband and I had to call them back to back, also threatening to report them as fraud. It was a difficult time getting the refund back of $800 dollars that was cashed the next day I gave it to them. Finally they sent the refund back via cash app 3 days later which $14 dollars was taking out. It was just a very horrible experience. I would not trust them and there was no professionalism at all.
