  Plumb Right came out on 2-26 to fix a leak under the kitchen sink. I am a previous customer. He said he fixed it and charged 150.00. 2-29 I text that it was still leaking. He text back he was dealing with a cold. He said he would be back out on 3-5. He did not show up. He did come back on 3-6 and said it was from a crack in my granite at the top of the sink. He said I needed to seal it with silicone. I told him I didn't think that was the problem but that I would seal it. 3-7 texted him back it was still leaking. I told him I thought it was leaking from the sprayer hose and I ordered one from ******. He said it would put it in when the part came in. 3-9 I told him the part was in. 3-14 I text him again asking when he was going to come. He told me next week.3-19 I text and wanted a day he was coming. He said first part of next week as his help had the flu.3-27 I text again. When are you coming? He asked if 4-1 would work. I told him I needed a time frame. He said he couldn’t say but he would call first. He did not call or come. I text him 4-1 that evening saying he didn't show up. Nothing 4-2 I text again that this had been going on for over a month and when was he going to fix it. He then said he was dealing with personal issues. I could get another company if I wanted. No, I had already paid him and he had not fixed it. He then said he would be happy to. He said he would fix it asap. 4-12 I text him and asked if his personal issues where squared away and when could he come. He didn't answer so after 5 pm on 4-12 I text that I was still waiting for and answer. He then text and said he was on vacation and had fixed the orginal leak. It would just have to wait. I text him back and said he had not fixed it. Every time he left it continued to leak. He never stayed long enough it even throughly access the problem. 4-22 I texted wanting to set up a time to get this resolved. He then said we fixed another leak. However we didn't see that leak at the time. He then said he will be happy to fix it and he will asap.4-29 I text him today with no answer.
