    its been 3 years this April 2025 that I signed a contract with
    its been 3 years this April 2025 that I signed a contract with Trimaster Construction to put a metal roof on my home .Garys secretary Charlott came out to northwest okla for me to sign the papers ,they even had low financing thru a bank in Henryetta ok so I went that way ,I've paid $3000 so far monthly and still no roof and a water leak into home from roof , I've personally talked and texted Gary and Charlott probably over a hundred times ,all saved on phone ,many .many ,excuses and promises and no roof to show for it , do not ,I repeat do not deal with this company , Danny

    My name is Ronnie, I signed a contract with Gary in January 2024.I heard nothing from him for 6 months, so I started calling all the numbers on his card. I was finally contacted by his assistant Charlotte and she started giving me one excuse after another. I finally went to the Sheriff's office in Chandler and the Sheriff called and only got the answering machine. Charlotte called him and he told her that I was pressing charges for home repair fraud, if they didn't pay me in full. She assured the deputy that they were going to pay me in full in two weeks. I only received $300. I have been fighting with them since I get a $300 money order when I tell them I am going ahead with the felony charges against both of them. It's like pulling teeth. I wish I would have checked out his company before. Gary has at least 3 felony warrents on him for home repair fraud. About to have another if I don't get the rest of my money.

    We paid this company $5,000 as a down payment for Trimaster Construction to put siding on our house on September 9,2022. They kept putting us off, couldn't get materials etc. We asked for our money back to get another company to put siding on house which we did in 2023. . Gary ******* has sent 3 money orders in my name,4-22-24 $1,000, then $500 and last one was 9-24 for $150. Total of $1650. I have constantly been in touch with him or his secretary. They keep saying I will get a check this week. But it never happens. Would like to see what else we can go to get rest of money.

    I have been very ill and we have been trying to accomodate everyone in a timely manner. There will be a money order issued by the end of this month. Also we will be trying to fully refund all money by 3-1-25

    This company took $1,900.00 deposit down from me on September 8, 2023 and I still haven't gotten my roof put on as of this date February 14, 2024.

    As per our conversation on the phone, we are going as fast as we can. We are interviewing new crews and a lot do not meet our standards to carry out the proper installation that meets building codes of installation for a custom made metal roof. Multiple businesses in our country are finding help extremely hard to find . We are doing our best to accommodate you as fast as we can.
    Our contract clearly states that work to be started within 120 days from date of contract weather and labor shortage permitting. December, we had terrible weather not to mention we were closed for the holidays for two weeks. If we cannot satisfy you in a timely matter, you can go to page two of the contract that you signed and send an email to [email protected] stating you request a refund, and we will honor the refund under the circumstances.
