    Been doing business 10+ yrs with lawncare service..been a few years since going to them for repairs and service..issiue is with my zero turn I purchased there…asked for complete service and to repair throttle..when was delivered found that my hydraulic fluid level was never checked let alone filled..because I did not mention hydraulic check they did not inspect or check..talked to owner and said it was my responsibility to tell them what needs to be done..I never got a phone call making suggestion to service my hydraulic system since hours was over 100 and per service manual it needed to be drained and filled..I never mentioned this plus I made the assumption it was part of the “full service”..I never saw what goes into a full service at the shop..talked this with the owner and he said they do not have time to check all let alone cross check and make calls to customers..basically it was my fault…the owner said it would be an additional charge. I am not a mechanic so I don’t know what all needs to be done let alone checked after so many hours for a brand...chief complaint is customer service..the owner has an attitude and my word of caution is to specially detailed what needs to be done…
