    I ordered a driveshaft online, and needed to make an adjustment to my order. I sent the company an email explaining that I had measured my driveshaft wrong and needed a 59” instead of a 58.5” driveshaft.
    The owner then replied to my email stating “These people make business harder then it has to be”
    I left a negative review on google about their professionalism.
    The owner then proceeded to call my personal phone and told me “If you do not remove your negative review, we will not send you the part that you paid for”
    I then requested a refund and will no longer order parts from this company. I highly recommend not using this company for any reason.

    I've ordered a few parts from Southwest Speed and have not had any issues. This time around I ordered the wrong part, and just as quick as I sent the email, it was replied to by AJ *********. Not only was this person very helpful and knowledgeable they made sure all essential parts for my build were accounted for and compatible. I asked a million questions and they kindly replied and provided the answers needed and delivered above exceptional service.
