If I could give them a zero I would. I was referred to them by another law firm to be encountered with an old woman who was hateful and burnt out. She hung the phone up on me several times following another very rude grotesque woman! Shame on you. If you are old and tired and done peopling, please dont be in the business of people ingredients. I have ran a clinic, served in the Air Force for 10 years as a three star executive assistant and never would've spoke to some one in that manner, especially someone asking for help, seeking legal advice and referred by a fellow firm. Their lack of professionalism is appalling. If I owned this firm, I would be humiliated. I hope they choose to do better. But giving legal advice is stopped by their angry gate keeper. I would want to know of this was how I was conducting business under my name and reputation.

Ms. Johnson . . . your review has been received and fully investigated by my office. It is my understanding that on November 13th you called for plaintiff's legal services related to a workplace situation. My staff listened to your description of the situation and politely advised you that this Firm does not handle these types of cases. When you were told this, you disputed the commentary and felt as though what you were being told was not true because you were "referred to this Firm by two other attorneys." Again, my staff advised that this Firm does not handle these types of cases and also suggested other legal avenues for you to try that would not involve the cost of attorney involvement. It is my understanding that you told my staff that you exhausted all of those other avenues and insisted that you be allowed to see an attorney. At this point, my staff advised that none of the attorneys were in the office and that they could take your name and number. You again questioned what my staff was telling you and became hostile, at which time the phone call was terminated. Our records show that you called back an additional 7 times before speaking with another staff member who told you the same thing, with that call being concluded with a statement that you were going to come to the office on the 14th and demand an appointment. You did not come to the office. While I am sorry for your frustrations regarding your legal situation, I stand by the fact that my staff works hard to listen to each and every person who calls this Firm and, if we can't handle the matter, either they or an attorney here in the office will make referrals of cases to other attorneys. If you would like to e-mail me and set up a time to speak by phone, I am happy to take your e-mail. However, I would ask that before you set a time to call (should you chose to do so), I would like your commitment to a courteous phone call, as you have my word that I will treat you in the same manner. Respectfully, I am,
