      I used the services of this company to move 6 pallets from California to Texas, after they delivered the pallets they made a price adjustment of 1400 dollars more in total I paid 2400 dollars and after a dispute they practically did not resolve anything for me they sent me an email telling me that they could charge me whatever they want when I agree to move the load. I have been working with different companies for 4 years and that had never happened to me and with abf it is the second time that their readjustments are abusive.

      Unprofessional and Unbelievable!
      I had a delivery scheduled on Monday from 8am to 12pm. Until 1pm there was no delivery so I called the office. The office told me my delivery was scheduled from 12pm to 4pm instead, mistake no. 1. I waited till 3:50 and still got nothing and I called the office again. The person told me it's gonna be after 4:00pm. I couldn't understand why they need me to have a 4-hour window but they don't need to follow it. It's Monday and I needed to take off from work for the delivery!
      Due to a special order by the office, the driver was finally here by 4:15pm and called me to be by front door. I opened the door, and watched him sitting for another 10 min in the driver's seat.
      After 20 min, he finally got my item from the truck, and ask me to help to press the button to lower his stairs. Excuse me? Why would he need my help to press the button? Isn't that part of his job?? Then he also said, "I'm not delivering to your front door since there are stairs, all I can do is to put it in your garage." I was like what?? I need it by the front door so I called the office to check. The office picked up, and confirmed that he's not responsible to deliver into the house, as it's "on ground" delivery. Okay, then I asked the driver if he can deliver to the garage. He refused this time, the reason was that there's slope in the driveway and he might got hurt from pushing the item into the garage with the cart. I knew it's his revenge. Because at the beginning, he was okay with deliver to the garage, then he changed his mind because I called his office. I had his office on the call, the office person asked him, "is it doable or not?” The driver insisted it's not doable. So I got two choice, either he left the item by curbside for a few hours until I can find someone to deliver to the house, or I reject the delivery. Of course, I can only take the second option.
      The whole thing is ridiculous. The driver was super unprofessional. Unbelievable experience.

      The entire delivery arrived late and damaged! The customer service doesn't reply to my emails. The worst shipping company I dealt with. Definitely take your business elsewhere.
