    The service department is worthless and the administrative staff will insult you for it. After my first experience there, I would never have returned if it wasn't for warranty work and no subsequent interaction has been any better. These issues span several years and four different vehicles. None were purchased there. Your vehicle will be in the shop for lengthy periods and the vehicle will still have to return a week later. There is always another problem they find "not covered by warranty". This happened with at least 2 different vehicles. If it is an intermittent problem, they either lack the capability or just don't care to find the cause. Again, this was with two different vehicles and not the same two. I finally attempted to speak to the supervisors to these issues, and they both made like I should just keep bringing the vehicles back. One went as far to suggest I should have taken it to another dealership out of state for warranty work because they had that little interest in fixing an oberall customer service issue. In the same breathe, they sang their own praises to a complaining customer. I guess the reality of their lack of service hadn't registered. I attempted to make a formal complaint overhead. This was in hopes that the company might have an opportunity to improve or remedy the situation. Those emails that are supposed to be for these purposes aren't monitored or just don't exist. The management and/or service department seems to have little interest in resolving problems or receiving constructive criticism. I couldn't get a hold of upper management and the management I did have the displeasure of speaking with were condescending and gave little regard for the issue. It suspiciously appears by design. Save yourself a lot of time, money, and grief by taking your business elsewhere.
