My name and info was given out by office management for solicitation, which is against state law.
It was also given out to another tenant.
Why? What were they trying to accomplish by giving my name & number out to another tenant?
Gossip and slandering tenants is a big problem.
Also, there is a high turnover rate w apartment management.
This apt complex is very new and they've had six or seven managers.
The new Manager recently tried to come in my apt w/o giving a 24 hr notice.
Th manager was a complete bully.
I did not let him in.
I have suffered abuse from Mgt here.
I turned it over to the Attorney Generals office. The attorney said the Apt manager's actions were illegal. I was advised to get an attorney.
Belmont Mgr knows that their tenants can't afford to hire an attorney.
Also management (( the very first manager ) was not interested in getting a citizens crime watch here.
      Why?
It's obvious they don't like their tenants too smart and they certainly don't want you to know the law or your rights.

They do not up Keep their properties, and treat their tenants horrible. I have had property stolen by Maintenance and management while I was out of town taking care of my dying Father. They ( apartment management) retaliate against their tenants for reporting wrong doings on their behalf. Some members of management think they can control their tenants like they are the parents and tenants are children. About the only time they get serious about fixing anything is if they are having a state inspection.

Belmont Management and its affiliated companies prey upon those who are most vulnerable... Their aging and disabled tenants go for years with unresolved issues and tolerate deplorable conditions out of fear. A housing shortage allows them to put as little as possible in, lie about what they have done and continue to get government funding and tax breaks for their private investors.
******* **** of Waldron is particularly horrible. Please don't even consider this company. They know they can get away with it and they do. They are slumlords!
