    Rented duplex covered but painted over with Black Mold. Wall heater was red flagged by my city! Ice box and oven didn’t work, they left it open and tried to get rid of rotten meat smell. I was out of my lease renting month to month was almost 1/2 year. Lease was a year. After I moved out they just kept charging me late fees! I didn’t even live there. It’s not my fault the city made you bring it up to code. Now going to CHARGE WHATEVER YOU CAN. I had excellent rental history now bc of them I don’t. I’m sick of it I’m going to my BBB in town. Loved if a lawyer reads this and puts them out of business and compensates every one like myself. It’s pathetic, sad, outrageous and ultimately very heartless. All about there money. Be warned, just have to listen.

    The realty lady showed my husband an apartment with no electricity. it was in rough shape but she said they would of course fix any issues he found after he moved in. After moving in he started seeing roaches.. they continue to get worse even though he has bait traps and sprays viper(double strength) at least once a week.. and keeps all dishes cleaned and messed cleaned up. They just keep getting worse. On top of that the first month he moved in his water bill was $400 because of some leak he had no clue about because it was draining outside the apartment. He called because water department said that it was landlords responsibilty and when he called quantum, they said they would contact property manager to have it fixed and see about getting water bill situated.
    They sent people out and they made a temporary fix. That luckily has held. But no response on getting his high water bill taken care of. The water department knowing his situation has been accommodating and so very great. Last night.. I noticed a bug in the bed and it was a bedbug! we immediately started stripping beds checking everything and didn't find anymore.. I told him I'll inform the neighbors the next day before we head to our house.. when I told the lady below us whose also been complaining of the roach infestation (we all have them) she said she wasn't surprised we had a bed bug because her teenager below the room we found a bed bug, has a ton of bed bugs. But the fact that this place is uninhabitable and landlords ignored it but still collected $500-600 MONTH on 6 apartments and doesn't even respond to concerns like this is sickening. All of the neighbors have complained. The one next to my husband's apartment said screw this and are leaving because their dishwasher and fridge have not been working for months and no one has came to fix it. this place is run down. Disgusting. And shame on this reality company for allowing these conditions. Moving soon!
