      Agree to proceed and purchase a softwash/ pressure washing trailer from company. Sent two down payments totaling $12,400, one on 02/02/23 and another on 02/07/23. Since being ignored and no return phone call i did some googling and found out on facebook he was arrested for fraud and stealing from not only me but many more other small business owners.

      The date if the transaction was September 8th, 2022. The amount paid was $3262.42. Arkansas Washing Equipment committed to provide a soft wash system called the "Batchzilla" I added a extra pump/ proportioner. This was to be done and shipped out within 4-6 weeks. I reached out multiple times to get a update on my order via phone and email. With no response back for 1-2 weeks time. I was given multiple excuses of why the order was taking longer. These are some of the following: The owner was out sick multiple times, he didn't let anyone have access to his computer so they weren't able to print the shipping label or something pertaining to that, they lied multiple times saying it was the freight company's fault, they never picked it up from them (I received the bill of lading on 11/18/22 and that was the same day they booked it to be shipped not the prior time they said it was, 10/31 was the day they said it was shipped out, 11/13 they said they could not find where the package was , I reached out to them multiple times and 11/ 17 they said that they located the package 5 hours away.) Because of all of the faults on there end and it taking longer Shawn said he would throw in extra stuff for the trouble. When we received the package on 11/30, the system had looked like it had been tossed around and we were missing the pump/proportioner and the switch to it from the system. I reached out to tell them about the missing parts and they said they would get it out asap, it is now 3/22/2023, over 7 months and we still haven't it. I have emailed multiple times and they said they would get it to me multiple times. 3/3/22 I told them I would like to return the unused system I received initially, that I didn't want the pump, 13 days later no response so I emailed them 3/16/22 expressing how I felt and saying they were in violation of the FTC and she said she "First off I thought I emailed back" and she would get me the return label. Still have not heard back.
