Since they blocked my review on Facebook. We paid 37,000$ out of our pocket for a new roof, install went great and the product is great. But during the install they did not justify for wood being exposed around my garage or home. Now it’s been exposed for 9 months. I tried reaching out last August and September and nothing. Reached out again last month and was told it was a priority and a month later still nothing. Make sure you inspect the job because once they get the check they gone.

As I stated in the response to your Google review, which is the only other one I'm aware of, this definitely is not the standard we strive for. We are terribly sorry that this has been your experience. I personally found out about this on Saturday and have sent you a message in messenger because I am currently traveling. I have not heard back from you nor had a phone call as of the writing of this response. We have also not blocked you from our Facebook as we have been trying to open those lines of communication. I believe this is a breakdown in communication. Your project coordinator lead us to believe it was finished and that you were completely satisfied. That team member is no longer with us and did not align with our core values and high standards. Since the time they left us, we have completely changed the way we hire and train, and are implementing metrics to hold team members accountable. We would love to work to make this right, and if you are willing to open lines of communication again you can reach me on my personal cell number that I gave you in messenger. Again, we deeply apologize for this experience and I assure you we are taking steps to make sure that this does not happen in the future.
