    James KNOWS his business and KNOWS it Well! He's always willing to go above and beyond to make sure his customers are well taken care of and have nothing but the best when it comes to the quality of his work. All without gorging you on unfair prices - He's fair and very competitive on his rates compared to his competition! I've had the unfortunate timing of having my AC go out in the middle of summer either on a holiday or on the weekend. James or Heather have ALWAYS answered, and not only that, but been at my place in no time to help resolve and make sure I am taken care of and have restored service and not have to suffer through till they can "get to me".
