    I had an issue with the outside unit not coming on so my wife got his number someone at work because his step son had worked there. They come out and changed the contactor which kicked it on and then said the compressor was no good so they charged more than what I was told so I assumed that was for the contactor. They said the owner would reach out. Later when another company come to look, they found the contactor completely missing and the fuse was left out on top of the box in the rain and everything else. When they installed the new contactor (that should have been there) everything worked fine. I believe they left fuse and contactor out so I couldn't turn it on and find out it didn't need a compressor. I feel bad writing this but a business shouldn't kick people when they are down. Less than $200 fix buy trying to get me to spend thousands of dollars. They might be good but they were not to me.
