    I am registering a complaint because Waste Connections of Arkansas continues to bill me (and other surrounding customers) when they regularly fail to provide the service they are being paid to provide. I feel as though I am being stolen from.
    I pay for weekly pickup of my garbage. As required by the company, I make sure my trash is placed at the end of my driveway early every Friday morning. I fulfill my part of the duties and pay my bill (which has significantly increased in the last two years). SEVERAL TIMES this last year, the company has failed to pick up the garbage from me AND my neighbors. It is not because of inclement weather or poor road conditions. I have reported this issue to the company both my phone and via their website. Each time I speak to a representative I feel as though they are dismissive and unhelpful. And they NEVER offer to provide a refund for services not provided. Once again this week, Friday, September 29 the garbage of the Waste Connections customers in the neighborhood were not collected. The trash wasn’t collected on Saturday, September 30th either. Leaving bags of hot, putrid waste laying about in driveways and other places as customers try to store their waste for another week. This is unacceptable behavior on the behalf of a company that continues to charge for services they are not providing, and that leaves their customers dealing with fetid garbage.

    I have tried for a week to contact Waste Management about a bill they sent me. They do not answer the phone at two different numbers in Harrison or Gassville Arkansas and do not return my call when I leave a message. I even tried messaging on Facebook with no response. They bought out Methvin Sanitation (that was a great company with customer service) the end of last year. However, they just recently changed their billing. In May I tried to reach them by phone to ask about vacation hold credit that I was due on my bill. I tried numerous times calling the numbers. Finally I got a woman on the phone and she said I didn't have any vacation hold credits. I told her 3/27 and 4/3 were scheduled. Because she was so rude, I told her to cancel my account. So I just received my final bill for one week of service and have not been able to reach them about my credits. Please help me deal with this company!
