  We had a water leak under a mobil home, two men came the next morning and was able to fix it. Two days later the Water Dept; said we had a leak. We called Sam's again early the next morning they came, when back and checked everything under the house. Found no leaks, but saw the water meter running. They checked for leaks inside the house, found the hot water heater leaking, we got a quote for repairs. They said it would be tomorrow for them to get parts and be able to come back. Later the same day they called and ask if they could come that afternoon. Two guys came drained the tank removed it and installed a new one with a shout off valve and new line to it. They cleaned up their work and checked for any more leaks. We feel like Sam's guys both times did an excellent job. We will call them again and let anyone know if they need a plumber to call Sam's.

  I have an unoccupied single wide that I wanted totally re-piped from incoming to every single fixture. I first talked to Sam on Nov 15, 2021. His crew showed up Dec 23, 2021. They ran out of insulation and needed to come back after Christmas. Sam told me I needed to go ahead and pay the total amount that day. Had he not been the friend of a family member I would not have paid until job was finished. ( Lesson learned) I was also told I needed a new kitchen faucet and a toilet redone which they would do when they came back. In the original estimate he had also agreed to close up all the holes from the re-pipe along with any other critter holes that they saw while they were under the house. It was to cold for the belly tape to stick. The guys came back Feb 18, 2022 to finish insulation. Kitchen faucet, toilet and underbelly. It was again too cold for underbelly tape to sick. I did not pay for faucet and toilet. Told him I would hold funds until he came back to close underneath when it warmed up. Two days later carpet was wet into hallway from the leaking toilet that the guys forgot to fix. Over the next several months he said several times that he would get me on the calendar but never did. On the one occasion that he did give me a date, I had a Dr appointment scheduled for a broken foot. Another several months, same song and dance, I will get back to you but he never did. Fast forward to today Nov 1, 2022 (almost a year later), he told me keep the money that I owed him ($125.00) he did not have time or crew to come back and complete the job. I am sorry, but that is not acceptable. To get a new plumber to repair the toilet alone will cost me the $125, I can't imagine what it will cost me to have someone tape up the underneath which I had already paid for last December. Consider this a Public Service Announcement. I would not have given one star but I could not leave a comment for less than one star.
