      We had a cummins engine built at jims and received it back and installed the engine it ran well but it was running very rich so the truck wasn't drove much until the problem was solved. We checked everything from injectors to wiring to the ecm and couldn't find any issue over several months come to find out it has the wrong pistons in the engine so we called jims to see if there was anything we could do to make it right and he wasn't interested in making things right so now my customer is out several thousand dollars and has to pay for the engine to be torn back down to install the correct pistons.
