    I have called numerous times regarding a headstone for Leonard and ***** ******. Arrangements were made in May 2023 to combine headstones for my in-laws. The headstone has been paid for. After 6 months I began to question when it would be placed. It has now been 15 months since I was told it would be completed.
    Not only has it taken too long, it is unprofessional for zero follow-up to be made by this business. I have spoken to the owner(s) who commit to look into it but they have never called back.

    To the concerned parties regarding the headstone of *** *** **** ******, we would like to address the matter that has been brought to our attention.

    While we do not personally manufacture headstones, we outsource the production of headstone to Little Creek Engraving, a reputable company based in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas. Over the past year, the business owners have faced several challenges, including financial losses, relocations, and employee difficulties.

    We have maintained open communication with Little Creek Engraving, providing updates on the Holden headstone and other projects. We have expressed our urgency regarding the Holden headstone, and the company has prioritized its production.

    As a small family-owned business, Little Creek Engraving strives to meet its orders efficiently. We appreciate their commitment to delivering a high-quality product for families. 

    We understand the concern and express our sincerest apologies in the matter.
