      This was a horrible experience! The office staff is rude. I have been waiting for 14 days to get the biopsy report for a probable melanoma. I called the front office today and they were very rude, when I asked to talk to the office manager she hung up on me! I attempted to call back and the wouldn’t answer the phone! I have never been treated this way at a business in my life. Avoid this place like the plague!

      I work with The Dermatology Clinic of Arkansas , we recently have a bad review on BBB from a customer. What this patient has stated I have documented proof that it is false information.

      The patient did call our office after waiting not even week for his Biopsy which we give a hand out and patient is told it could take up to 10-12 business days. But with this patients insurance, it always takes longer to receive the results. We did tell the patient that information and he was not happy having to wait that long, which that process is completely out of The Dermatology Clinics hands. We have document proof the day the results came back and the nurse had trouble getting ahold of him. It looks like the nurse tried contacting him twice with no answer and the nurse was unable to leave a message. The nurse eventually got ahold of the patient, in which she stated his results and then also mailed those same results to him.

      The patient called the clinic yelling at my front staff when we tried explaining to him that because of his insurance, it will take longer to receive these results. The patients wife called back and spoke with me and was very nice and understanding. He kept calling and harassing us that he would reach out to you all but like I have mentioned, we cannot help this process with his insurance.
