    Re: Review regarding Elite Exteriors and ******* ****** roof issue

    We appreciate the opportunity to address the concerns raised. The roof installation was completed in two phases: the front half was finished on Aug, 2024, and remains under warranty, while the back half was completed on April 4, 2023. Although the back half is outside of warranty, we're extending the courtesy of reviewing the issue for *** ****. Unfortunately, we weren't immediately notified due to changes in our customer relations staff. We're willing to investigate and resolve the matter.

    Once we were made aware we took prompt action by sending a team member to tarp the roof on April 25, 2025, to prevent further damage. We're scheduling a follow-up visit on April 29, 2025, where a roof technician, accompanied by a representative, will assess both interior and exterior damage and complete the necessary repairs. This visit will allow us to thoroughly evaluate the situation and implement a solution.

    I paid a deposit back in March of $1,500 to rent a condo in Hot Springs that would start in June. In May I changed my mind and requested deposit back giving them 30 days. I was told they would not release unless they rented out to someone else. The condo has been occupied up to this point so I thought there would be no problem getting deposit released. Elite Exterior Roofing in Hot Springs at 3026 Central Ave is where I went to pay deposit. The lady I talked to was at number +1 ***** ********* They refuse to return my deposit. It was on a month to month basis.
