    My Arkansas Family and Friends…Please “DO NOT” purchase a vehicle from Riser Dodge!!! Hot Springs had a real bad hail storm in 2022, this is December 2023, and they tried to sell me a hail damaged 2022 Ram Black Widow “I seen the damage when they pulled it up for me to test drive and the window sticker had been torn off” …
    They said they have ordered a new hood (2 years later ?????). They are asking for $91,000.00 - I pulled everything up on this truck and the sticker amount on line is…$65,840.00 with no mention of hail damage.
    The United States of America is in a very dark place, we do not deserve to be treated like this by our fellow Americans! Has anyone else been treated like this by Riser Dodge Hot Springs, Arkansas?

    We are extremely sorry if there was any confusion on the pricing Black Widow Special Edition truck we had stock. The price was clearly visible when she arrived at the dealership. The vehicle is a Black Widow package and is a specialty vehicle from ram. We were not unaware that there was any confusion until this complaint. Once again, we are extremely sorry for any confusion. And our website has a disclaimer which states “Disclaimer: May not represent actual vehicle. (Options, colors, trim and body style may vary) Max payload/towing estimate ratings shown. Additional options, equipment, passengers, and cargo weight may affect payload/towing weights. See dealer for details. Max payload/towing estimate ratings shown.     I bought a 2017 Ram Truck with 72000+ miles on it come to find out after trying to trade it in at another dealership the PCM /Computer showed it had 95000+ miles on it not matching what was on my odometer at that time which was 79000 miles at the time of trying to trade it in,,,,Went back to Riser Dodge where I purchased the truck to begin with and they said well heck we will just change the PCM/Computer on the truck to match miles on the odometer to fix the problem and that is exactely what they did ....Messing with the odometer is against the law...So Im stuck with a truck with bad stuff on Carfax!!!!! Stay away from them....

    They use after market parts! Absolutely horrible experience with Riser Dodge service and their horrible Service Manager Josh. We took our Dodge Pro-Master in for an oil change and they recommended that we replace the front passenger side axle, as it began leaking oil. We agreed. What they didn’t tell us is that they were using a part they ordered from O’Reilly’s!?!? We specifically take our Dodge to a dealer for service because we believed they are required to use Mopar parts, therefore, they have a warranty if anything goes wrong. We NEVER would have allowed them to install a random part from O’Reilly’s if we were asked. 1,000 miles down the road, in the middle of Virginia, the part broke. We took it to the local dealer there, and they asked us if we knew an after market part was installed. We had no idea! It has been a NIGHTMARE working with Riser and the Service Manager, Josh. He denied any wrong doing, refused to deal with O’Reilly’s on the defective part, insisted we gave permission (which we absolutely did not) and fought any decent resolution. At this point, they will reimburse the labor, but refuse to reimburse the part and said that’s our problem. We tried to get O’Reilly’s to reimburse Riser Dodge, but because we’re not the customer (Riser Dodge is), they won’t work with us. Josh refuses to call O’Reilly’s to deal with this problem, so I’ve had to do everything.
    Total nightmare. Riser Dodge does not stand behind their practices, does shady practice by not installing dealer parts, and refuses to take care of their customer.
    I’m sure they’ll respond with the “I’m sorry…please call us to rectify the problem”, but we’ve been working with them for over a week and they still refuse to do the right thing. I’m happy to update this review, if they actually take responsibility for their actions.

    Poor customer service from start to finish. I made an appointment to service my car and to have recall issued fixed. Advisor Tristian had no idea why I was there, even though I completed the online check in. He then told me no one could look into why my car was having acceleration issues. I was told they could only complete my oil change because they were short staffed and they would order the parts related to my recall issues. My oil change took well over an hour. I got home and realized they didn’t even check anything during my oil change even though they gave me a print off of everything they check. They forgot to replace my windshield wiper fluid and when I called to inform them, they all blamed each other. It’s been over a month and I haven’t heard from them regarding bringing my car in to fix recall issues. Save your money and time. These people are rude and lazy and will lie every chance they get.
