      Placed order for shutters with ********* ******, owner of Blinds n More, on Sept. 6, 2023 and made a deposit of $1500. Told delivery would be eight weeks or possibly a few more. Shutters finally delivered five months later on Jan. 26, 2024.
      No hinges!
      ********* asked to wait a few weeks for arrival of hinges. Two months later, March, still no hinges and realized shutters were not to specifications to which she concurred. Asked they be removed and money refunded. Removed shutters from my home but refused to comply as to refund. She asked for patience and more time to check with her supplier. I agreed to a month. It has been another three months since she picked up the shutters and nine months since I placed the order. Nothing has been resolved, no contact, no refund.

      ********* ******* of Blinds n more came to my home and measures for white wood blinds for my home. This was on September 8, 2023. She gave me the estimate and wanted a deposit for half. I gave her more than that. I gave her $ 1,259.34 with a balance of $ 1,000. To keep the math simple. I wrote the check for the $1,000 and it is sitting on my desk. I called ones a few weeks ago and she expected them any day. I called yesterday. She told me the Wanda were on back order. I reminded her mine did not have wands. She said she would call me when she got home. Well no. Now she won’t take the calls. Please help. Thank you
