    Upon delivery of washer, delivery people knocked out satellite dish that was located on wheelchair ramp rail, had to have a **** repairman come out to fix the satellite dish and wound up having to replace satellite dish at a cost of $54.00 and Level Up said they would reimburse for the cost because delivery men messed it up. Hooked up washer and left. First use of washer it leaked from under the washer, contacted company about leak, brought replacement washer and it also leaked from under the washer. Had company return and pick up second faulty washer and requested refund. Original purchase date was 2/27/2025, it was about 2 weeks before they brought a replacement washer, it was also about 2 weeks before they picked the 2nd washer. Been calling once or twice a week every since to get refund and keep being told that they would send a refund check on Fridays when the bookkeeper is in.

    We appreciate the opportunity to respond to the customer’s concerns.
    The customer purchased a washer from our store but later expressed dissatisfaction and claimed it had issues. While our policy clearly states that all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, we made an exception in this case in an effort to resolve the matter amicably. This policy is also stated in store on a large banner and on the receipts. 
    We have already mailed two separate refund checks to the customer, both of which she claims she has not received. We then offered her the option to stop by in person to pick up a replacement check, but she informed us she was unable to do so.
    Despite this, the customer came by on a Saturday without notice to request the refund in person. Unfortunately, we do not have full administrative staffing on weekends, and no one was available at that time to issue a check.
    We want to reiterate that we are still willing and prepared to provide the customer with her refund. She is welcome to schedule a weekday time to pick up the check in person, or we can coordinate an alternative delivery method that ensures she receives it safely.
    Our goal remains to resolve this issue fairly and promptly.
