      They are a fabulous company to work with. From the start to finish, they made certain that things were what I wanted my bathroom to look like — and believe me, it was a mess to start with. Old bathroom has a new life! Great family business that aims to please and makes it affordable. I would recommend them to anyone.

      Bath Planet of Arkansas has a great team of people who work hard to communicate and guide you through the remodeling process with ease. Every step from the sale to the project manager and finally the installation is streamlined and just a joyful experience!

      Bath Planet of Hot Springs, AR failed to install a critical vapor barrier between the outside wall and their acrylic shower panels. Also, they didn't use a moisture resistant backing material, instead they used plywood when in installing their shower panels. This is a recipe for mold. I informed the management of their lack of mandatory mold protection and was told that it wasn't a concern of Bath Planet because their acrylic panels are not porous. I stated to the management that it has nothing to do with non-porous materiel rather the heat from the shower and the cold from an exterior wall combining behind the panels will produce condensation that leads to mold. In fact, when you search the web on Bath Planet vapor barrier, you'll find importance information they posted https://bathplanetnewjersey.com/reasons-to-use-a-vapor-barrier-in-your-bathrom/ Unfortunately, my complaint with Bath Planet has fallen on deaf ears.

      Your complaint hasn’t fallen on deaf ears. You have voiced it to at least three people at our company and we have all responded the same. You don’t like our answer so you keep pushing. We install all of our systems the same way and that is to the highest standard. Just because we don’t install our systems exactly how another independent dealer installs their system isn’t relevant. When I forwarded your email to our manufacturer’s representative, he told me that our installation system was the “gold standard” in our industry.

      We had our tub installed in 2019, the installation was done in one day. The warranty was for five years. We have had little small problems so as the therapy lights last year the cover where you press on and off had begun to show wear and tear the emblem came off and the lights begun to come on by them selves and so we call and report this . The staff told us we had warranty on parts replacement but service fee to pay so later the lower buttons for the bottom floor jets were broke begin to lift from the holes and be seen in tub call again this year because the therapy light went completely out the installer had showed us if we ever had to reset the tub where and how to do it. So in the process of during this reset I was shocked by the electric outlet.so we turn off the breaker on the walk in and call bath planet people , they had a installation crew close by and said they would come by and check out the repairs and see if it was something they could fix.so up on arrival they came an access the damage and could not do any repairs and I told them about the light had completely burn out and how we tried to reset the tub and it shocked me the two guys said we just help them with installing and didn't do anything with electric part they have a electrician for the company that comes out. The repair man begin typing and said he was reporting about the electrician need to come out and About the parts that needed to be replaced and told me that they didn't have any replacement parts for our tub they would have to be ordered and they would have to come back and replace everything. I call today and ask would the electrician come with the installer to make sure the replacement part for the therapy light would not cause the same problem. The staff member told me he would check into it and let me know call spouse and said he was not sending a electrician was not needed.don't know what cause the light outage. But worrying about receiving service fee and parts

      I don’t know how this got passed us without a response. Our tubs and some of the parts were under warranty but the labor is not. Since then we have resolve this issue to the customer’s satisfaction.

      We were charged nearly $7500 to install a new shower, sub flooring and supports. After a few months we noticed the smell of mildew in our living room which shares a wall with shower. We found the leaking under the carpet. We called them and they sent out a person who wouldn't go under the house and tried to get us to sign off that it was okay, but we did not sign it. We found that there was a slow leak from the faucet in the shower. The owner, sales rep and installer refused to come to our house even after we told them you could hear the faucet they installed was dripping. You could easily hear it through an access door to the plumbing. They are claiming it's not their concern and refusing to do anything about.

      Refused to fix a poorly installed shower base even after I was told by Bath Planet to hire my own plumber to prove it was not a drainage issue. The shower base holds water in the corner because it was not installed evenly. Invoice for the plumber and video was provided and they still refuse to fix the problem. Now in the process of hiring a lawyer to help resolve the issue and get it fixed. -Fort Smith, AR

      As discussed initially, this is not a warrantied item. Water being in your shower pan is not something we can take responsibility for.
      You have copies of all warranty policies and since your install in January 2021, this is far beyond a workmanship issue time frame.
